For Employers

We're Your Training Department.

Send your employees to us. We train them to CDL standards and hand them back — certified, road-ready, and prepared to work.

The Business Case for Investing in Your Drivers

Waiting for experienced CDL drivers to apply is a losing strategy. The driver shortage is structural, not cyclical. The companies winning the driver retention game are the ones investing in their own people.

A driver who trained at a professional school arrives ready — with the skills and credentials that can be less consistent with open-market hires.

Standing up an in-house training program means instructors, curriculum, DOL coordination, range time, equipment maintenance, and ongoing compliance with FMCSA and Washington DOL standards. We already run all of that — and we do it for a living. Partnering with us means you get certified drivers without building a training department from scratch.

Training costs paid by an employer for an employee's job-related education are generally deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense under IRS Section 162 — consult your tax advisor to confirm applicability to your situation.

Employers who invest in professional driver training may qualify for commercial auto insurance discounts — check with your carrier for applicable programs.

  • Training costs may be deductible — consult your tax advisor
  • Higher retention vs. open-market hires
  • Drivers trained to CDL standards in 4–6 weeks
  • We handle curriculum, instructors, and DOL testing
