What Happens at the Burlington Campus
All Classroom Instruction
Federal regulations, pre-trip inspection, hours of service, cargo securement, and CDL knowledge exam prep — all conducted at Burlington.
Skills & Range Training
Backing, alley docking, parallel parking, and pre-trip inspection skills are practiced on our Burlington range. Whatcom County cohorts may use our Ferndale range.
Road Training
On-road driving instruction uses Burlington and surrounding Skagit County roads — highways, rural routes, and urban environments.
CDL Skills Testing
CDL skills testing is administered by Washington State DOL or an authorized third-party examiner. TMTDS coordinates your testing appointment — we do not test on-site.

Registration, enrollment, payment processing, and student support are all handled at Burlington. Our team is here to help you from day one.
